The People Behind the Care
Faint Not: Your4EverHome was built by people who have spent their lives welcoming others in. Meet the founders.
Stephanie Mackey
Masters-Prepared Registered Nurse
39 years of clinical nursing experience
Stephanie Mackey is a Masters-Prepared Registered Nurse with 39 years of clinical experience. Her career spans decades of direct patient care, clinical leadership, and a deep commitment to the people she serves.
Long before Faint Not: Your4EverHome existed, Stephanie and her husband Calvin had a pattern of opening their home to others — welcoming people in, caring for them, and making sure no one felt alone. That spirit of hospitality became the foundation of everything the company does today.
As the clinical leader of Faint Not: Your4EverHome, Stephanie oversees each resident's care plan personally. She knows every resident by name, monitors for changes in condition, and brings nearly four decades of nursing judgment to every decision made in the home.
Calvin Mackey
Retired NASA Engineer
A lifetime of precision, service, and care for others
Calvin Mackey is a retired NASA engineer whose career was built on precision, problem-solving, and a commitment to getting things right. Those same values show up every day in how Faint Not: Your4EverHome is run.
Calvin and Stephanie share a history of welcoming people into their home and caring for them — not as a program or a policy, but as a natural expression of who they are. That history is the origin story of this company.
Calvin brings operational discipline, steady leadership, and a genuine warmth to the work. Families who visit often remark on the calm, organized, welcoming feeling of the home — that is Calvin's influence as much as anyone's.
Why We Do This
Faint Not: Your4EverHome was not created to fill a market gap. It was created because Stephanie and Calvin Mackey had spent years caring for people — in their home, in their community, in their faith — and they saw a need for something better than what most families could find.
The name comes from Galatians 6:9: 'And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.' That verse is not a slogan. It is the operating principle of this home.
Every decision made here — about staffing, about routines, about how residents are treated — flows from that foundation. We are not weary in well doing. We do not cut corners when no one is watching. We do not treat residents as a number or a bed.
Recognized for Excellence
Faint Not: Your4EverHome has been recognized by Assisted Living Magazine for excellence in residential senior care. We are grateful for the recognition — and more grateful for the trust families place in us every day.

What Families Say
The following reflects the experience of families who have entrusted their loved ones to our care.
“Faint Not: Your 4Ever Home was a better place than I could have imagined to place my Dad, when I could no longer care for him. It was such a homey environment and the Nurses/Aides can give personal care, because they are not stretched too thin as in other facilities. I would highly recommend Faint Not. I can only hope that I would be placed in a home like this when my time comes. The founders are very hands on and caring professionals.”
“For 3 years I’ve had friends (a couple), both unable to walk, at one of the Faint Not homes. The staff is caring, knowledgeable and interested in the residents of the house. They want the best for those in their care. Stephanie Mackey, the owner, is quick to respond to medical emergencies or new concerns. Birthdays, anniversaries, holidays are thoughtfully celebrated. My friends feel they’ve gotten excellent care.”
“Stephanie is an incredible nurse and an even better human being. She knows my father's needs better than anyone, and she communicates with our family consistently and honestly.”
